Operations Manager

Operations Manager / Giám Đốc điều hành

The operations manager is in charge of operating the three Bassac boats. S/he:

manages the operations, galley, F&B, hospitality and welcoming services;
trains and qualifies the crew members;
sets up and maintains the services standards and procedures;
ensures the adequacy of the team with the tasks at hand;

In cooperation with the managing director, s/he:

recruits the crew and operations staff;
establishes and formalizes the operating procedures;
takes part in the logistics arrangements and supplies.

S/he spends most of the time on board.

The recruit

28-35 y/o
Outstanding leadership and people management skills
Open, positive “can do” attitude, organised and good communication skills
Able to work under pressure, under flexible schedule
Computer litterate
Fluent in French and English, Vietnamese a solid plus.
Work experience in Vietnam a solid plus.

Requirements

3 years managing experience in hospitality
Minimum career level: Executive Management
Minimum education level: Bachelor; Hospitality or F&B.
References required

Cruise Director

The cruise director

The cruise director is in charge of the operation of one Bassac boat. S/he:

manages the F&B, hospitality and welcoming services;
co-ordinates the crew members;
maintains the services standards and follows the procedures;
reports to the operations manager

In cooperation with the operations manager, s/he:

takes part in the recruitment of the crew and operations staff;
supervises the logistics and supplies.

S/he spends most of the time on board.

25-35 y/o
Good leadership
Open, positive “can do” attitude, responsible
Able to work under pressure, under flexible schedule
Vietnamese, Fluent in French.
